I got a new shoes.

I changed my running shoes. My old one has been used one year and cushion in sole isn´t work for my heel. I check that I run more than 1,000km and more than 150 activties by old one.  How many km can I  run with new pair of shose?

Anyway, thank you so much your good job for me! 

Marianas Coffee Trail Run

I ran 5th Marianas Coffee Trail Run 20K in this morning. Second times I ran in trail race. My record is 2:23:34 and about 40 runners are join (Local, from Japan and Guam) I had 1th prize by age and 13th by all of 20K.

The picture is in Mt Tapochau area and so rough and high glass. I ran first time more than half distance of route and My GPS did not search that's why it's really hard to control my self. Anyway I just thinking that please come to goal for me!! during running.

 I did not expect to receive the prize but I am happy to have it and I got 13th prize of all 20k runners. I just keep to running with emotional strength my body don't wanna response for me and I forget what I am thinking during running. I am so tired this race but it is good for my experience because I am planning to run for full marathon on March. the medal is  already like a toy by my second son now. little sad...

I have been running every morning since Jan 12. I try to get back my condition what I did before because I decided on join Coffee trail run on Jan 28 that half trail run. it's my first time to participate this race.

My plan is run on 5K to less than 10K in this week that I make my body fit for the running and keep on running 8k to 10k and some going up on hill in next week.

I will buy a new shoes because my shoes had been a year by Feb. I am looking for shoes help or cover to my heel pain because I didn't run almost Two month last Oct and Nov to Dec but still have a pain in my heel that my problem during my running since last Jan 2011. Anyway, what shoes I gonna buy? I want to bus a Asics shoes again.

I ran in this morning and today's running was my first time running in 2012. I have not much run since Nov. I will start to running because I am planning to participate in Saipan marathon in Mar and I want to be full marathon at this time. I didn't run for full on last year, I had broken born before marathon that's why I ran on half.

But my body was so heavy!! what's going on?

They are eating a Star fruit. The fruit has born anywhere in Saipan. I don't think they like a star fruit because little sour for them.　I should have raised the fruit ripe to a slight degree.

A Happy New Year 2012

Inside of N-31

I spent new year eve at my work that as usual. Kids come to office by my wifes car before 00:00am. We watched a firework from outside of office. Kohjiro likes ride on the bus and he doesnt know why he comes to my work in such a time but he has known to be able to ride on the bus.
Anyway,
