Kohtaro participate in Futsal friendly much. They had 1st game on last Friday. They bit and goes to 2nd stage on Sunday. Mostly U12 players he learn and enjoy play.
Hope they have a champion in this mach.

光太郎がフットサルフレンドリーマッチに参加して金曜日に勝って、日曜日に2試合目があります。Ｕ１２のプレイヤーに混じっていろいろ勉強しながら頑張ってほしい。優勝してくれるといいな。

At The wedding reception.

Kohz hard to stay

We attended the wedding reception on last Sunday. It's for my co worker's brother. My wife had work I'm bring all kids at this time. Kohtaro behaved well during at reception, Kohjiro had his friend in other table so I can't stay and play with them after had dinner. Kohzaburo exited to everything he can see and wants to walk around but Kohtaro helps me.
Kohtaro is already 10 years old that I felt he just same like Kohjiro or Kohzaburo. Time has so fast.

同僚の兄弟の結婚パーティーへ出席した。それも子供たち全員を連れて妻が仕事だったので晃三郎をどうしようか考えたが、預けずにつれてきた。光太郎は終始行儀よくしていた。輝次郎は食後に友達を別のテーブルに発見してからは我慢できずに遊びまわる。晃三郎はたくさんの人と初めて見るものがたくさんあって歩きたがって仕方なかった。光太郎がよく手伝ってくれたちぃっと前までは下の二人と同じかと思ったらいつの間にか１０歳だ。  

Tapochau again

Squall came after few min

I ran to Mt.Tapochau again. following last week. I was plan to go other (east) side but I changed to my mind when I was in top of hill.

Weather was good for running that is not hot and cold, has breezy I easy to run to top of mountain but I got big squall for 10 min. There is no roof I just hide the rain with the big rock. I was shock because I saw the big cloud comes to me when I was taking picture for myself. I took shower and cold but it was getting hot after the rain. Anyway, that is nature run. I like it.

また、先週に引き続きタポチョ山へ走った。当初は山の反対側（東）へ行く予定を丘まで行ったときに気が代わり、後は気候も良く一気に頂上まで行ったのはよかったけど、スコールにあいました。風が強くなりひんやりし始めて雲が来たと思ったら、後の祭り。まあこれも自然の中の走りです。

X'mas tree decoration.

He helped decorate the X'mas tree of his school at paseo de Marianas street on Friday afternoon after school. He had one of his home work project that make a snowman with recycle's material. They have a one program that Christmas tree decoration contest by local public school. the rule is only recycle material be used.

Those X'mas tree will show beautiful scene in the street for a while.

リサイクルの材料だけで飾るクリスマスツリーを作るコンテストが地元の小学校対抗で行われる。輝次郎が金曜日の午後の学校から戻り近所の会場となるパセオデマリアナ通り（歩行者専用の通り）にいってその手伝いを先生やクラスの友達としてきた。11月に宿題で同様のルールで雪だるまを一緒に作りました。それ以外にも洋々な飾りがツリーに飾られて行きました。これらのツリーが当分はこの通りを綺麗に照らします。

How big extra fried rice !!but it's just regular size. We felt hungry 3 pm afternoon and just come to order a fried rice, Shomai,fried vegetable with garlic and beef BBQ.

このチャーハンかなり大盛りでもこれが普通のサイズ、ある午後の3時頃小腹がすいて来ちゃいました。シューマイ、野菜のにんにく炒め、ＢＢＱ。

I ran to Mt.Tappcau in this early morning. Mt.Tapohau is center of island and has 360° nice view all of island. It takes an hour to top from my house. I just picnic running.No one and little breeding nice whether there. 

タポチョ山に2年ぶりになるだろうか走ってきた。本当は途中から山の反対側へ抜ける予定を頂上へ怪我から10か月何とかここまで来た。360度見渡せる景色は最高で家からも走って1時間程度で来れる。こればかりはいい環境です。

New shoes.

After running

This is the last of my sick item that purchased a running shoes "Brooks Ghost 7"has came and tried to run with them. I have second times to wear Brooks shoes I have a Racer ST5 that lightweight shoes. Ghost 7 is also not feel heavy but cushion works well and hold tight heel for me. I wore Asics preferably. I tried to wear Brooks and Saucony (I have trail run shoes) are also fit my feet. I should know their life time because Asics is having long life (have a 2170 and gel pulse3) and cushion as well.

これが最後のランニング病の産物、ブルックス ゴースト7が到着し早速走ってみた。ブルックスはこれで2足目になり、Racer ST5という軽いモデルで昨年のフルに出ました（2年連続5分オーバーでサブ4ならずでしたが）、サッカニーはトレイルモデルを持ってます。私には,供にいい感じで踵を程よくホールドしてくれます。あとは、耐久性でしょうか、アシックスが耐久性がいいのでそのあたりが同じならいいです。 サイパンには日本のようにたくさんの種類やニューモデルが来るのが遅いし、高い！のでネットでアメリカから買う事が多く試足出来ないのが難点です。

Kohzaburo is trying to walk now. I bought pair of sandals for him but he doesn't like wear them because He has use to be bare feet and suddenly we let him ware the sandals.

I tried to other color for boy but only this color (kind of orange or pink?) available for him when I buy. I'll let him walk but still put in the Jogging stroller too.

I ran beach side pass way in this morning. I saw the banner that makes me realize I was already in X'mas time but Thanksgiving now but important is December 25. I don't much like in December in bisiness wise even privately because people like a busy and lazy who  around me. It's so coming new year soon.

朝、走ってたらクリスマスのバナーが出てた。今はサンクスギビングなのにまだ。これからはあまり好きな時期じゃない、仕事は忙しくなり、かと思えはホリデーシーズンで休むのが多くなってきたり、これであっという間に新年だ。

昨日の午後にグアムへ向けサイパンを出発した。日曜日までに４試合をやるらしい、せっかくの機会なので怪我なく楽しんでサッカーをして、チームメイトとも楽しい時間を過ごして欲しい。

We walked together last night. I was going to running but he ask to come with me for walk. We were walking in downtown.
I had to go MacDonald and I exceeded the calorie that the calorie that I ate used finally.
I know why? Kohtaro and my wife will go to Guam for his soccer team trip tonight till Monday that he and Kohzabro stays with me in here. He may jealous Kohtaro to go and "why not myself?"

Anyway, I will spend time with just Two boys on this weekend. Where are we going to eat at Kohjiro?

昨夜、珍しく輝次郎と散歩をした。ランニングに出ようとしたら珍しく彼から一緒に行くというので、散歩になった。結果、マックによることになり食べたカロリーが消費したカロリーが上回った。輝次郎には理由があり、ある事にやきもちを焼いている。それは光太郎がサッカーの遠征で週末グアムに妻も行く、それがつまらない訳だ。同じサッカーをやっていて、何で？・・・

週末はこの二人と過ごすことになり、今から食事を何にするかを輝次郎と考えなければいけない。

Garmin Forrunner 220

Nice GPS watch.

I received FR 220 today from ebay US. I ran with 220 suddenly tonight. My first inspiration 220 is light. I don't feel wear this watch because I wear 210 in right arm. Works great for me I just need good time record.

２２０が届いた。早速つけて走ってみた第一印象は「軽い」右腕に２１０も試しにつけたのでその差は明らかだった。オートポーズ機能をＯＮにしたので結果は違えど、オートラップでバックライトが点灯したりバイブレーターでお知らせ等、ＧＰＳのつかみも早い。余談だが心拍計は１１０と２１０に使っていた物が繋がりました。（私はあまり使いません）スマホ（ＨＴＣ ＯＮＥ）にもＢＴでつながりました。これは記録にかなり楽です。
まっ、あとはいい記録だけです。

Kohjiro was join the Festival also last Saturday and I have not watched his soccer for a while and he was fun in the field. He is in U-6 and they don't have game yet but just get use to play with the ball, team work and fun. I bought one pair of keeper grove that he wants to have it and do the keeper. Most of coach knows him since he was baby he doesn't much good to play soccer but he likes to play soccer too, coach let him enjoy and watching him. I really appreciate their effort and friendly to be with him. He will be good goal keeper!! ?

Soccer festival- fall

Kohtaro had soccer festival on last Saturday. He played as U 12-B team but the team player are most of them U-10 players even him U-12 B is not enough players that's why team let them play in U-12 B. They had 3 games and lost all games I watched last game then the score 0-2 but all player were good performance especially second half that makes presser and get the ball. I can see all player works hard and wants to win, finally they couldn't score but first time to see what wonderful game. I can't watch Kohtaro makes score. U-12 will goes to Guam on this weekend for the much with some of Guam U-12 team. Kohtaro also is going to play in Guam. They must be have good game in there.

土曜日にサッカーフェスティバルがあった。光太郎達Ｕ１０選手は事情でＵ１２Ｂチームで参加した。3試合があったが残念ながら勝利こそならなかったが私の見た最終ゲームの後半は、全員が相手にプレッシャーをかけて厳しいマークで何度もボールを奪う、今までで一番感動する試合だった。体格も違いがある中よく頑張ったと思う。結果は0－2で負けたけど次シーズンに繋がるいい試合でした。
今週末からＵ１２チームはグアムに遠征し現地チームと数試合をするようです。光太郎も参加することになり本人かなり楽しみにしているようです。むこうでもきっといい試合をしてくれると思います。
    

One of turning point.

At (long) last, since an injury last Feb, I was able to run 10 km in one hour. I can't remember that when did I ran such a time in last running?

2月の怪我以来、長い時間だった。けど、何とか最初の目標の10キロを60分で(ギリギリ)いけた。最後に10キロを60分以内で走ったのが思い出せない。

I'm still having a sick because every other day or Two days had ran. I ran with Jogging Stroller in the morning and ran alone in the evening yesterday.

Did after medication in Japan then started to walking since last April I felt that very long 5 km by walk and can't think 10 km by run.

Morning

Dr.Kubota Specialist in spinal code told me that "Don't be in a hurry to recovery action and my target is on August that 5 months more from now and you will be able to run." and "I should not have surgery now then wait recovery by myself even have pain for a while"his word helped me a lot in that time then I decide to start to move for recovery my injure with confidence.

So I am now able to running 10 km or more even not fast. I remember I didn't drink alcohol last February and March because taking medicine for the pain in numbness my leg but I have a beer so tasty especially after workout.

こんなにランニングのモチベーションが上がっている病に侵されている自分は2月の怪我以来初めてだ。1日2回や超早朝ランや大昔はしていたけどずっとできなかったのが今は出来る。これは単にランニング買い物病のおかげ？(笑)

ヘルニアになり神経痛を左足に併発して痛くて歩くのも困難だった。ロクな医者もサイパンにはおらず設備もなくＭＲＩですらグアムまで撮りに行き、要手術と言われて・・・4月に帰国して久保田先生に診てもらって手術も不要時間はかかるが回復するとはっきり聞いて、頑張ろうと意欲もわいて歩く事から始めた。

今は何とか少しづつではあるが距離も伸び、走った後のビールも美味しく飲める。薬づけの2月から3月はアルコールも口にできなかった。今は幸せだ。

15 km running.

I ran 15 km last Sunday early morning  before I walked with kids. I just wanted to try how hard run more than 10 km for me now? since last February I have not ran for the long distance running. I ran on hill going up and down feel so good after the running.

My back had little pain....

15キロを走った(いや、走れた)。北マリアナ大学の坂道も、またこんなに走れるようになるなんて思ってもみなかった。

少し、腰に違和感はあり。

Sick

The North Face

I am in sick now what's kind of sick? that want to have gear for running. I was almost no interesting for the running since 9 months ago until last July because of my back injure. Now a days I have ran 5 km to 10 km I can and Kohzaburo makes me go to outside for workout. Time is not to be before but at least I am able to running now.

I bought a Jogging Stroller, Running shorts (The Picture one) that I use to running with different color since two or more years ago and this is the best one of shorts for me (other one is Brooks shorts also best for me) material, features and style (design) but the price is not easy to get  me to buy but I made order it $39 (Reg $45) The North Face Agility Shorts and waiting for the shipping now. One more will have a GPS watch Garmin FORERUNNER 220 but I bought brand new them in ebay and I bid and won just cheap price (it was lackey ) I am using Garmin 210 now and working good for me but I have to sale even some other items will be sale for cover my sick.

anyone wants to have a 210 with HR monitor? sale with reasonable price I have.

I got a jogging stroller !!! Tiketech All Terrain X3 Sport I compare with Bob Iron man jog stroller but my final decision considered to the budget. I received them more than week ago but Saipan had been rainy day for almost everyday.

I ran on beach side pathway almost straight road because I choose has a fix wheel with suspension that good for the running. I did not expect to run with jogging stroller is so heavy that more than my expectation. I got new goal that have to strengthen more my arm and back for operate the stroller for long distance with run.
Kohzaburo is still getting heavy more and more that I need to gain the power more and more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

やっと念願のジョギングストローラーを購入した。輝次郎がまだ今の晃三郎くらいの時から欲しかったが当時はあきらめていた。しかし、これが意外と重くて走る脚力より腕力と背中当たりの筋肉を鍛えないとだめだ。

Eaten a Cyasyu Ramen for my lunch this afternoon. I was happy to got good ramen even not 100% because I have not eaten a tasty ramen for a while here in Saipan. I knew it is hard to find good taste ramen same as in Japan in overseas. I may come to have this ramen in this restaurant soon. Arigato!

I'm walking with Kohzaburo every my day off and we walk almost same routing. Start at park then goes to at pear/Marina.

We have a short rest at top of marina and he always view to ocean and follow to moving a boat.

Kohjiro had problem with class mate in the school that some classmates has bullied him. we just got to known it yesterday. He kept it in himself for a while. sometimes we noted him doesn't wanna go school that different because he likes to go school before or crying on the bed in midnight. We are sorry to him because took time to catch up your situation. School life just passed a month and some since started on September. He can get over this matter that I do believe him and we will cover him up for a while.

輝次郎がちょっとしたいじめにあっていたようだ。昨日それがわかった。あんなに楽しみにしていた学校に行き始めてさぞかしつらかっただろう。夜も泣いていたり急に甘えてきたりサインだったんだ。9月から始まってまだ1ヶ月、意外と優しい輝次郎だったが、乗り切れるだろう。がんばれ、輝次郎。

The stroller is getting small for him , not fitting well with him. He becomes bigger now. I want to have a jogging stroller now. I wanted to have them when Kohjiro was still baby but we didn't buy them due to budget. I regret that why I didn't buy them?

I will buy jogging stroller at this time and I am searching some strollers. I have a problem that we can't buy them in here I mean there is not good one in Saipan. I have to order them in US and needs pay for high shipping cost and takes time. They call here that US territories and needs extra fee and paper work that's why some seller doesn't want to ship to out side of US also some of things can't ship to here in the US law. it is very inconvenience in this island here.  

Comeback.

I come back to the game and got a win 3-2. I got back injured in last Feb 04 and tried to rehabilitation recovery. It has been almost 9 months. I am now having medication for lower back and numbness in my left knee with acupuncturist and physiotherapist. I missed last season league (Apr to June) and I started to join the team practice on last Aug. I think back that I start to walking since May. It's just 20 min and 30 min, 40 min....then jogging....I am really appreciate to my family especially to my wife because I have happened last Feb that is Kohzabro was still two months years old and I couldn't carry him even very difficult to walk by myself in my situation. She was taking care of him even family things.  I can't just be happy to comeback to play and to be careful to play even live.    

やっと、戻った。2月の怪我以来、実際はその前の右太もも付け根痛から復活してすぐの腰だった。この夜がチームの開幕戦３－２で勝った。晃三郎も抱っこできなかったあの頃、全てを女房に任せるしかなく、そんな事を考えると嘘のようだ。

I ran or walked 6 days on last week but I didn't touch the soccer ball. Because of my back, I've felt something kind a swell in my back but I'm ok that now.
I use to walked in the park if have together with my 3rd boy in my day off but we ran and walked in promenade beach side last Sunday that he was first time to come there.

先週は歩くなり走るなりを6日間、でもボールは触らなかった。腰に違和感があってあえてやらずに。晃三郎が初めてビーチ沿いの歩道を散歩した。

Kohzaburo has started to eaten a baby food but he still needs this in an important points. The price of baby milk has been increasing and times more than double compare with in Kohjiro time. with Kohtaro time? I don't wanna think about it.

晃三郎も離乳食を食べるようになったがやはりミルクはまだ必要、ただし値段も輝次郎の時と比べたら倍以上に・・・

Walking at American Memorial Park ib this morning with Kohzaburo. It was nice weather had breeze and light sunshine but rainning now during I am posting from smart phone. It's Saipan weather.

Typhoon VONG FONG (TC19)was passed by between Rota and Saipan morning on last Monday 6. It's windy typhoon but not much had rain during in our area. Gov issued typhoon condition 1 since Sunday to at noon on Monday. No school on Mon and Tue Kids are happy. Business wise most of flights was canceled Mon and Tue due to condition also Managaha Island too. VONG FONG is been super typhoon now and goes to Japan. TC18 was hit in Japan last weekend and VONG FONG will be hit to Japan week end again. A lot of typhoon had made by our area in this year.

I take them for walking. Kohjiro doesn't much interest to work out especially running and walking. He is following by cycling. I'm always take Kohzaburo for walking because I am also lazy to running since I have injured to my lower back. I felt to run 10km that it's too long for me now.....

Kohtaro had his 10tn birthday on May23 yesterday. We cerebrate in his class with class mates that he wants to do every year.
He would be 20 years old he got 10 more year.

Time is very fast. How old am I going to after 10 years? I don't want to think about that.

We give him the name "Kohzaburo"that means he is 3rd boy, Called Saburo or Zaburo in Japanese and it is traditional name. Kohtaro, Kohjiro and Kohzaburo now we have in my family.

He is fine and drink a lot of milk. Kohjiro is really taking care of him because his first younger brother.
