今朝は足の負担を軽くしようとビーチを走りました。サッカーの試合を90分も出てしまったのもいけなかったかも。ゆっくりではあるが、怪我と相談しながら走っていこうと思う。

気分的にも朝を走ると1日気分がいいような気がするし、嫌な事も考えるけど、色々と考えられる。

悩みが無いわけではなく、逆にかなりあるので自分を色々と見つめ直したい。それには走る事は非常にいい。

I ran on micro beach because for my shin and heel. I still have a little pain on reg but I try to continue run with care for my body.

I was feel so good  if I run in the morning and I can think many things even bad thing but I need to review for myself because I have some things make me headache that running is better for that. but I can't find the answer or solution yet during the running.

10月16日から始まった2011北マリアナサッカー協会杯の大会で私の所属するシャーリーズＦＣの最初の試合が昨日ありました。せっかく今大会から新調したユニフォームで臨みましたが、残念ながら3－0で初戦は負けてしました。1点目は私のすねに当たって入ってしまったOwn Goalでそこから流れが悪くなってしまったような気がしてます。

Shirley's FC had a 1st game of 2011 north Mariana Islands Football Association cups yesterday which began on October16. Unfortunately, we lost a game 0-3 and I'm so sorry I made a own goal in 1st half (1st score) the ball hit with my shin that I have changed our game flows. also we got new uniform, I really wanted to have win the game.

残り3試合があるので、出来る限りチームに貢献できるように頑張りたいのですが、怪我で1ヶ月ほど走っていなかったのは私にとってかなり大きいマイナス要因でした。年です、隠せません。

Because there are remainder three games, I want to try it hard to contribute to the team as much as possible. It was the negative factor that was considerably big for me not to have run for an injury as one month.

753 Shichi-Go-San & Japanese Autumn festival.七五三と秋祭り

土曜日は光太郎と輝次郎の七五三参りに行きました。サイパンで？と思うかもしれませんが、日本統治時代から香取神社という神社があり戦後も補習などを施しながら彩帆香取神社として残されています。宮司も日本の香取神社から来るそうです。光太郎は5歳の時に七五三をしませんでしたので、7歳なのですが（ついでに）輝次郎もと言う事にしました。
Kohtaro and Kohjiro attended "Shichi-Go-San" that festival for 3-year-old boys and girls, 5-year-old boys and 7-year-old girls but Kohtaro didn't have Shici-Go-San when he was 3 and 5 years old I wanted him to attend the celebration. They have celebrated kids at Katori Temple Saipan.

彼ら2人にしてみたらこれから何をやるのかもわからないし、神社がなんなのか？ただたくさん友達がいてと言う事だけ、いつもの学校と変わらないのではと思いました。玉串奉奠なんていわれるがままにお祈りなどなく、ただ自分にも頂戴！ってな感じでやっていました。宮司さんも英語で行うわけではないので仕方ないのですが。

They might think that what's going on for them? they don't know about temple is? but there is a lot of friends here that same as usual (school) even Guji (Shinto priest) is speaking in English.

何かもらえた！と言う事だけがうれしかったようで…

輝次郎などあんな窮屈なところから解放されただけで、この喜びようです。あいつだけがじっとしておらずに周りの知っているフィリピン人のお母さんが時折見てくれてました。エラは仕事に行っていたので、我が家の場合はその辺りがダメなんです。

同じ夜ですが、日本人会主催の秋祭りがありました。例年は日中に七五三をやった神社に隣接するシュガーキング公園でやっていましたが、今年はガラパンの中心部の歩行者天国の場所で夕方から行われました。

We have a Japanese Autumn festival in Garapan last night. I take Kohtaro and Kohjiro to the festival.


お祭りと言う事で甚平を着させて少し日本気分です。光太郎は金魚すくい、輝次郎はバンバンと言って射的に夢中でした。途中に休憩中のエラも合流してかなり助かりました。1人であの人ごみの中を二人相手はかなりきつい作業なのです。でも、二人とも楽しく遊んでいました。光太郎は金魚すくいで金魚は取れませんでしたが、店の人が同情して2匹の金魚をくれて今家で飼育中です。名前は、ジェームスともう1匹は何とかって言ってました。

Since it was a festival, children were dressed with Jinbei that Japanese traditional summertime casual wear(?) Kohtaro likes Kingyo-sukui that Scooping goldfish and Kohjiro likes Syateki that shooting gallery.

 午後、光太郎のサッカーの試合があった。結果は、   6-4で勝利した。そして、久しぶりに、彼の得点シーンを見ることができた。彼と一緒に写っている男の子でお互いに、ハットトリック(3得点)を決めた。しかし、残念ながら、撮りそこねてしまった。今日は、世話人さんから誕生日プレゼントでもらった白いスパイクを初めて履いた記念ゴールだった。急に出かける前にこのスパイクを履きたいと言ったので、履きました。

今日は特に嬉しそうだったし、スパイクも喜んでいるかな。

動画は得点シーンではないが、フリーキックを蹴り、その後切りこんで行ってもう少しで得点できそうだったシーンです。

He had a soccer games in thirg afternoon. His team had won 6-4 and he made 3 score. He wear new cleats that Sewanin-san´s presents for his 7th birthday on last May but he didn't ware the cleats because the size was bigger for him. He asked me to wear the cleats when we leave at house.  he was so happy to made that even the cleats too.

The Video, Kohtaro had kicked the ball on free kick. He didn't make score but his dribble the ball to the goal.

輝次郎と今マックに昼めしを食べています。何が食べたいか聞いたら、「Ben10！」と先日のおまけを覚えていたようです。でも、おまけはハロウィーンのバケツでした。季節ですねぇ～、でも、喜んでいました。

Kohjiro and I, We are having a lunch at Mac now because he stil remember the toy with happy meal that with BEN10. he said "Ben10" when i asked him what wanna eat?  the toy is not Ben10 anymore.  it was halloween goods but he likes them.

Also He is happy because enemy is still in school. So he can do what he wants to do. He asked me to buy ice cream too, it's just 50 cents.

今日は祭日（コロンブスデイ）で学校は休みです。
今朝の2人ですが、あまりにもビジュアル的にセクシーでしたので撮影してみました。それぞれの腕のポーズがそれらしく艶やかではありませんか？

昨晩、輝次郎が私にいつものように一緒に寝ようと言ってきましたが、光太郎が珍しく「俺が一緒に寝てやる」と言って今朝に至りました。


A school is closed on a national holiday "Columbus Day"today. Sexy too much in visual, although it is two persons this morning that's why I took the picture.

Kohjiro has asked last night that he will sleep together so that it may be usual to me. Kotaro said uniquely, "I go to sleep together" and continued till this morning.

今朝、家の前のミカンの木から取りました。まだちょっと酸っぱいかな？

昨晩は輝次郎の熱も下がらず、ベビーシッターにも預けるわけにもいかず、エラの仕事は夜シフトの為に、会社を5時ごろ早退させてもらった。ちょうど帰ると光太郎が早い夕飯を食べ終わり珍しく宿題をしていた。輝次郎にはお雑炊を作って用意した。土曜日から上がったり下がったりの状態で、やはり今一つ本調子じゃない様子ですが、食欲はそこそこあるので様子を見てます。

Kohjiro has still fever that's why we can't leave him at baby sitter's house. I had to came back earlier from work. Kohtaro is done his dinner and doing his assignment when I'm back . I just made a Zosui for Kohjiro that anytime Kohjiro can eat.
He really looks like not fine and ask me to touch his head for fever.

Eating a Natto.

風呂も終わり、そろそろ寝かそうかという夜9時すぎ台所で何やら音がして見てみると、光太郎が納豆を食べていたそれもご飯は食べてしまってないのに「大丈夫」と言って食べてました。何やら、またお腹が空いてと言う事で冷蔵庫を物色して納豆を見つけたようです。輝次郎もこうなると納豆を欲しがり一口だけ食べて満足してました。やはり、調子が悪いのかいつもなら一口では済みません。話は変わりますが、納豆もとうとう3個入り1パックが＄3を超えました。



We suppose to go to the bed but I felt something in the kitchen. There is Kohtaro that he is eating a Natto with out rice. He had felt hungry again and looking for some of foods in the refrigerator but he likes eat a Natto even with out rice that Ok to him. Kohjiro wants to eat a Natto too when he saw Kohtaro eating a Natto. Now Natto is increased sale on more than $3.

それにしても、土曜の夜から天気は下り坂で時折は台風のような暴風雨が吹き荒れています。ちょっと寒いし最近のサイパン。風邪をひく子も多い気がします。

Weather isn't good since last Sat. Sometimes it has strong rain and wind and cold in Saipan.

A Long day has passed on. 長い一日だった。

Breakfast meal＠KFC

毎週土曜日の午前中はこの人と二人のスケジュール。光太郎を日本人学校へ送り、その後用事があってそのまま出てましたが、時間潰しにKFCで朝セットメニュー。ちょっとスパイシーなチキンピラフで輝次郎にはから少し辛かったかな？

Every Sat morning, I am with Kohjiro that is my schedule　after I drop Kohtaro at Japanese class. we have Breakfast at KFC. it was little spicy chicken fried rice with sunny side up. is  spicy for Kohjiro?

Beach @ Grand Hotel

今日の学校はいつもより1時間少なかったのです。　本当は授業参観でした。が、輝次郎を連れての見学はやはり難しいと断念しました。どのくらいがんばっているか見たかったのですが、次回にお預けです。

His school had a parents day actually but I'm sorry to Kohtaro, I didn't attend his class because I was with Kohjiro and I don't think he can stay cram during the class. I will attend next time if they have it. I really wanted to see him in the class how does he study and spend time with class mate?

ホテル前でも意外と綺麗な水

光太郎のお迎えのあとは、11時半ぐらいから同僚の熊ちゃんファミリーとグランドホテルのビーチに少し遊びに行きました。輝次郎はスイミングと言う言葉に過剰反応します。それほど大好きです。スイミングじゃなくて水遊びが、 光太郎も喜んでいたので良かったです。熊ちゃんの旦那のアリオラにまた遊んでもらいました。

After pick up Kohtaro and We went to the beach at Grand Hotel with Kuma cyan's family around 11:30am　. Especially Kohjiro likes swimming very much. keep on saying "swimming, swimming" the weather is good in today not so hot and no rain. They play with Aliora who kuma cyan husband.

午後は3時から光太郎のサッカーの試合があります。1時半頃に輝次郎が帰りたがらないけど、無理やり連れて家に戻りました。しかし、輝次郎は突然の発熱で休養（今も熱はあります）。光太郎と二人で、試合のある小学校へ行きました。結果ですが５－２で負けてしまいました。今日の光太郎は疲れていたのかな？試合中も走れなくなって歩いていたりもしていた。

We left the beach around 13:30 pm because Kohtaro has soccer game. Kohjiro doesn't want to leave the beach but after back home he has high fever and even now still high. Kohtaro and I, We went to his soccer game at Elementary school field around 15:00pm. the game he lost 5-2 and he seems like tired. cant run he is playing a soccer after the swimming  that's why he worked very hard during the game.

Now kids are already sleep, went the bed before 09:00 pm because tired.
