already tired his day...

最近の我が家の寝る順番は、まず一番先に光太郎が先にダウン。学校も始まり疲れるのでしょう、気付くとソファで寝てしまっている事が多い。この夜もすでに10時半。輝次郎は寝ない。

Kohtaro is the one first sleep in my family now a days because school was started. He slept on sofa in this night at 10:30pm.


しかし、この人は元気です。一緒にベットへ行ってもなかなか寝ないし、この晩は光太郎は既に寝落ち、輝次郎はDVDを観ているのか、お人形で遊んでいるのかまだ寝る気配が無い。

ウルトラマンが危うかったのか、いきなり画面をたたき出した！ボルテージ絶好調！彼なりにウルトラマンを助けたい！

別の日の夜ですが、このようにベットへ行っても寝る気配がない。考えてみると、輝次郎がベビーシッターの所にいる時間が一番長い、やっぱり家にいるのが一番楽しいだろうし、何故かウルトラマンの人形はベビーシッターの所に行く時は持っていかない（一度無くしているからかな？）、何か彼なりに思うところがあるのかもしれない。確かにいつも仕事帰りに迎えに行って家に戻ると、真っ先に彼の正位置である。テレビ前に人形をどさっと袋から出して、DVDをつけて遊び始める。光太郎はテレビを占領されて怒っている割には、ウルトラマンを持って寝ている。

彼らには少しかわいそうな気もする。共働きって大変だけど彼らにはもっと大変だ。朝連れて行く前にぐずるのも彼なりの意思表示でだんだん大きくなって以前のように抱っこされてそのまま行くだけではなくなってきた。

I think back Kohjiro is staying longest at baby sitter's house. He must have enjoy in the house, not in their house. He always goes to his position at front of TV area with dolls when came back at house. Kohtaro blame him because always Kohjiro use TV for DVD but he also for a sleep with the doll of ultraman.I seems like very sorry to them.

We have a work each other that hard but it may more harder for them. Sometimes, Kohjiro begins to fret when we are going to drop him at baby sitter. Not like before that we just carrying him when he was 1 or 2 years old. Hope we don't need work two of us for near future and spend time more than now with kids.

昨日は休み、エラは朝から仕事、光太郎は日本人学校、私はお決まりの上の方と朝から一緒でした。お昼に光太郎を迎えに行きそのまま、マクドナルドへ手抜きのランチへ二人が選んだのはハッピーミール、おまけの玩具欲しさ
に特に輝次郎は買ってもらえるまではなれません。ハイ、オーダーしました。
私が来た頃はマクドナルドの他にウエンディーズもありましたが、撤退でその後ジョリビーの参入、撤退でマックに独壇場です。

I was in day off yesterday. Ella had work, Kohtaro went to Japanese class that's why I have to stay with Kohtaro no matter what...We went to Mac for the easy lunch and they older Happy meal because the toy.Kohjiro doesn't move from toy's display. Yes, I should older them.

食べるより、遊ぶ、二人とも同じおまけで助かりました。もし違うとまたここから、新たなストーリーが生まれてしまうので…2枚並べましたが、この輝次郎の得意万便な顔です。戦いで光太郎敗れる、と言った感じでしょうか。

But he lose....

They like play with the toy than eat the meal but the toy is same one each other so its helps me because they would begin other story if they got different toys...Kohjiro's elated face.Kohtaro lose the fight. There was Wendy's when I came in Saipan but they left here and after that Jolibee came and left ether.

食べている時は本当に静かでありがたい。光太郎はナゲット、輝次郎はハンバーガーを食べました。


Kohtaro choose the nugget and Kohjiro choose hamburger. We are in peaceful time when they are eating.

いつまでも仲良くやってくれたらいいんだけどどうなるのかな。

サイパンインターナショナルスクール5km ファンラン。結果24分32秒で第7位（参加者200＋名）前半飛ばし過ぎて後半は失速してしまった。ゴール手前ゆるい上りから見えたカメラマンをゴール地点の人と間違えて加速したら、まだ先にゴールが・・「間違えた」後の祭りだった。一気に力尽きた。間際で抜いた人にまた抜かれかいされて終了。今回は疲れた。

I run on SIS 5km fun run at Banzai cliff start, I have little high pace of my running in half round so I stalled

run before goal point...My record was 24min 32sec and 7th place. I was so tired for my running at this time anyway I have fun and good run.

輝次郎にとって、私が苦心して取ったメダルはただのおもちゃにすぎません。最近じゃもう飽きてウルトラマンと一緒になっています。

The medal is just one of the toys in Kohjiro even I worked hard to get a prize.


服を脱いでシャワーに行くところです。メダルは脱いでからまたかけました。我が家ではシャワーもお風呂も全て一言「ふろ」と言って全てが通じます。子供達は小さい時から、「は」（歯を磨く）「ふろ」（ふろにはいる）という日本語は知っています。

He is going to take a shower but he get a medal after clothes off.　We called that take a shower or take a bath that just say "Furo" (a bath in Japanese) Kohtaro and Kohjiro has known meaning of the word "Ha"(brush the teeth in Japanese) and "Furo" in Japanese since more younger age.

身体中が痛い、かかと、右膝、すね、しかし、継続あるのみ。

I have a pain in left heel, right knee and shin but do stick to continue the running.

安い！と言われた光太郎の小学校の給食の9月の献立表です。右端に出ているように1回朝食は50セントで昼食は75セントで現金払いです。一年の時に光太郎はエラがお金を渡し忘れて、給食の時間に彼女が食堂へ届けに行ったら、既に食べ終えていて給食のおばさんにどうやって食べたか聞いたら、彼は彼女にこう言ったそうです。「ティタ、俺お腹が空いて死にそうだ。お金忘れたけど食べさせてくれ」って(笑)そのおばさんも日本人顔をした光太郎をどこのクラスか知っているのであげたそうです。その辺りはおおらかなフィリピン人のおばさんで助かりました。

＊ティタとはフィリピンタガログ語で目上のお姉さんではなくもう少しお年を召した女性を称してそう呼びかけます。ちなみにお姉さんの場合は「アテ」お兄さんなら「クウヤ」オジサンなら「ティト」となります。輝次郎は光太郎を昔は、「コッコー」,、今は「クウヤ」と呼んでいます。

this is the menu for September of kohtaro's school. the price are 50c for BF and 75c for LUNCH. the payment only by cash. Kohtaro doesnt have a money because my wife forgot to give him the coins when he was in first grade. he asked the lady for serve the lunch that “Tita, i am rally to be die because so hungly but i dont have the money  and i want to eat the lunch give me please without pay ” that my wife hear from her. the lady feed to him because she knew kohtaro s face.

献立ですが、例えば14日は朝はホットケーキ、昼はチキンアドボーこれはフィリピン料理、15日は昼はピザ、16日の昼はミートソース甘いんだろうなぁ、スバイシーチキンなんてありますね。それ以外だとシナモンロール、チキンBBQ、アリスカルド（フィリピン版おかゆ）、照り焼きバーガー、朝からチャーハンとか、太りそうな献立ですが、美味しいって食べてます。

the menu is pancake , chicen adobo, pizza, spagetti in meat sauce, cinnamon rolls, arrozcaldo, chiken BBQ, teriyaki burger and fried rice etc that its fatty food but he likes eat them.

私の頃では考えられない献立です。しかし、安いし文句は言えないな。やはりいろんな国の親を持つ子供達が通っているしそうなるのかもしれません。家なら日本人の親父を持つ子供なので味付けのりくらい出せって、光太郎喜ぶよ！　安いし文句言えないな。

6th POWERade Banzai Memorial Off-Road Half Marathon on Sep. 10

New winners in Banzai run by Saipan Tribune.

サイパンの地元新聞に土曜日のマラソン結果が出ていました。
総合では５位でした。途中から一緒に走った学校の先生が総合４位（女性部門２位）で２秒差だったようです。しかし、上位２人は１時間半ちょいで走ってる。がんばらないと。

Link with local news paper and I was lucky because some of good runner didn't run and I was 5th place in over all. And Mikey was 2:22:28.

今日の戦利品

今朝は、「6th Banzai Memorial Off road half marathon and fun 10k」にサッカー友達のマイクと参加してきた。向かう車の中で急に彼がハーフで行こうって聞かなくて最終的にハーフに出ることにしたけど、何も用意していないし、まずここ最近ハーフなんて走っていない、トレイルなんて走ったこともないから自信なかったけど、サイパンマラソンのハーフで１時間５０分だったので、目標を2時間～2時間１０分でいければと心に決めて＄２０の参加費を払いました。しかし、気づいたらウエストポーチは忘れて携帯をもてないからせっかくのハーフでGPSは使えないし、ちょっと走る前は落ち込んでました。

I joined 6th Banzai Memorial Off Road half marathon and fun 10K in this morning. with Micky who my soccer team mate. I was going to run with 10K even him that what I think but He changed his mind in side car when we are on the way to Banzai Cliff. I changed to run with half finally but I didn't training for half I have been just for 10K. I already decided to join in half run. my goal is 2 hour to 2 hour 10 min because my best was 1 hour 50 min when I did half in Saipan Marathon. But I forget the waist porch that I can't bring cell phone for GPS I wanted to know how does it work for me.

  コースはバンザイクリフから南下してマリアナカントリー脇砂利道を過ぎ更に上へ上りそこからカラベラケーブに向かって泥道を下りグロット手前をまたジャングルに入り、カウタウンを横切りバンザイへ抜けるかなりアップダウンがあるコースで初めて走る道でした。

A course goes south from Banzai Cliff, passes the Mariana country side gravel road, and is going up..It gets down from a muddy road toward KalaberaCave, and is entering to a jungle about the Grott this side again. It was the first way to run through whether Cow town is crossed and it escapes to Banzai Cliff, and the course which becomes and has up and down.

MP3も、もって来ていないし、走っている間は何を考えていたかな？ただアメリカ人の女性が最後まで同じ区間で走っていて、離されない様にしていました。彼女はカグマン高校の先生で女性部門の2位でした。

While running, MP3 did not have, and what did it consider? One American lady was running in the same section, I decide she is my target during running that try to make same distance between her. She was a teacher of the Kagman high school and was the 2nd place of the female section.

結果ですが、ハーフマラソン男性の部の3位でした。ただし男性は15人参加でそれも幸運、ただはじめから入賞は考えておらず無欲なのが結果的に良かったと思います。ちなみに1位と2位は1時間30分位でかなりの差が空いていますけど、練習不足です。上位は常連の選手です。

Although it was a result, it was the 3rd place of a half marathon male's part. However, for a male, it is also a fortune by 15-person participation, I don't consider winning a prize from the start, but that it is disinterestedness thinks that it was good it as a result. the remarkable difference is incidentally vacant as for the 1st place and the 2nd place in 1 hour and about 30 minutes. A higher rank is a frequenter's runner

気になる賞品ですが、当たり前のメダル、バックパック（光太郎の日本語補修校用にあげました）、メインスポンサーIT&E社（電話会社）のフリスビーと帽子、スポーツドリンク用のボトル、スポンサーのアイスクリーム屋の無料券等で子供達へ上げました。.
Although it was a prize, Medal, a backpack (it raised for Kotaro's Japanese schools), and main sponsor IT&E (telecommunications company), a hat and frisbee, the bottle for isotonic drinks, the free ticket of a sponsor's ice cream store, etc. to children.

大会が少ないサイパンではなかなか練習を続ける事も大変なのですが、サボらずにがんばりたいと思います。

it is also hard to continue practice very much in Saipan with few conventions, I would like to do my best, without playing truant.

昨日の金曜日の朝、光太郎が学校へ出かけるときに撮影。
まあ新しいクラスは楽しいと言っているので、第一段階は良しです。新しいバックで通学してます。

Took the picture on yesterday morning when Kohtaro goes to school with new back pack. He said I like a new class mate and teacher at least good for him.



エラがほぼ毎朝、光太郎を連れて行きます。家から３分ぐらいなんですけど、保護者が連れて行かないといけません。朝食は家で、昼食は学校で１回７５セントを払って食べてます。

My wife takes him to school almost every morning with car but The school has just 3min distance from house. He takes break fast at house and only lunch he eat at cafetiere in school $0.75.

沢山食べて、勉強しろよ！

輝次郎を床屋さんへ連れて行きました。あまりにも長くなったし、昨日は女の子に間違われたしね。切っている最中は嫌がって撮影は不可でした。

I took Kohjiro to hair salon because the hair got long and people thought he is a girl last night. He was keep on moving during hair cut.

光太郎が同じ頃は泣き叫んで大変でしたが、彼はまだ楽です。

Kohtaro had hard time crying during cut his hair. Kohjiro is easy than Kohtaro. We tried to take Kohtaro comes twice at hair salon because he didn't accept any one touch him.

今の家に越す前に住んでいたアパートの目の前に床屋さんがあります。懐かしいなあ、光太郎は3歳まで住んでいた。2004年から2006年まで光太郎が生まれる前にこのアパートへ越してきました。

Our ex-appartment is accros the hair salon. Kohtaro was there untill 3years old.　We stayed the apartment since 2004 to 2006. we moved there before delivered Kohtaro.

今日は体が重かったし、何故か足が痛かったのでゆっくり、短め目で走った。光太郎も学校だしご飯作らないといけないし。これからは6時半前には家に戻れるように走らないといけないな。

I felt so heavy and pain with my right reg. I had slow run with short distance. Anyway, Kohtaro has go to school from today. I  have to back the house before 6:30 because I will feed him.

9月6日から新たに新年度として始まる光太郎の通うガラパン小学校で、それに合わせて新しいクラスになるためにオリエンテーションが行われた。休みの私といつも休みの輝次郎が代表して(笑)行ってきました。毎週土曜日、光太郎は日本語の補習校で行けません。説明会と言うところでしょうか、どのクラスで担任の先生は？って確認にいきます。


I went to Garapan elementary school with Kohjiro  because they have a orientation for class in new year. Kotaro didnt attend because had Japanese class. He wanted to come with me that he wants to see his teacher and class.

と言っても、堅苦しさはなく至ってのどかに各学年毎にテントを出してそこに行って新しい担任の先生と会って話すくらいです。光太郎の担任の名前は、JOY先生です。フィリピン人の女性の先生でした。光太郎は二年生になります。

the orientation is friendly meeting that I check his new class, meet a new teacher. Kohtaro is 2nd grade in this year.　Each grade has own tent and we could meet the teacher.

光太郎の新しいクラスの名簿です。全部で21名のクラスです。頑張って勉強して、友達と仲良く遊んで無事に1年をまた過ごしてほしいと思います。

光太郎の新しい教室が入る校舎。日本のような大きなビルではありません。でも教室の中は冷房完備、ずらーっと机が並んでいる感じでまもない、日本の小学校とは雰囲気がかなり違います。

His class in this building which it not big building in Japan but there is Aircon in the class room. The image of class room are total different with the school in Japan that's why I little worry if he start to go the school then.

輝次郎はただ、ただ光太郎のまねをする。午後は少しの時間だけど、子供達とサッカーをした。輝次郎も一生懸命に光太郎のようにボールを蹴っていた。

Kohjiro just follow the action what kohtaro does. We played a soccer for a while in this afternoon. He tried to kick a ball too that How did Kohtaro kick a ball.  Kohjiro sit on the ball too when Kohtaro sit on the ball.

Today's lunch. 今日の昼ごはん。

Beef mami (手前）とSisig（奥）

今日の昼ごはんは、1時半も過ぎた頃でほとんどの店が2時で閉まってしまう為、2時過ぎでも開いているフィリピンレンストランで食べました。というと聞こえがいいけど、エラが昼飯をまだ作っていなくておもてで食べたという方が正解です。私は、このレストランに来るとこのBeefMamiビーフマミーというヌードルスープを食べます。他にチキンやポークもあるようですが私はビーフで頂いてます。ベースの牛テールスープに焦がしたにんにく等で味つけていてとても美味しいです。フィリピンでは、屋台などでも気軽に食べられてました。たぶんルーツは中国だと思いますけど、東南アジアの麺類って意外と同じような味じゃないですか？

We had a Lunch at Filipino restaurant. I older Beef Mami Noodle that there is a Beef Mami noodle stand outside the campus in Philippines I saw when I visited in PI. I believe Mami is type of Beef Noodle soup that is of Chinese origin.

エラと子供達が食べたのは、Sizzling Sisig（シシグ）なる豚の頬肉、耳、レバー、心臓、肝臓、鼻なんでも塩コショウ、トウガラシで炒めてマヨネーズを絡めて、熱ーい鉄板にもってレモンを絞って食べる。ジューシーでちょいと酸っぱい、画像はちょうどレモンを絞った後に上がった湯気です（熱そうでしょ？）エラはもちろんですが、光太郎がこれが好きなんです。私は、ビールのつまみに頂く程度ですがその際は、例のローカルペッパーをつけて頂いてます。パンパンガ州の女性が考えた料理らしいです（リンクをつけときます）耳というのがどうも…

Free soup  

Ella took a Sisig because Kohtaro loves this one. Sisig Originally, sisig was made from chopped parts of a pig’s head — ears, snout, the brain, etc. Over the years it was reinvented into simple minced meat served on a sizzling platter with chili, liver, onion and seasoned with calamansi and vinegar.

輝次郎は、ここの無料スープとルンピア・シャンハイが大好物です。


Lumpia Shanghai and free house soup are Kohjiro's favorite. even Kohtaro likes them.

我が家はあまり4人揃って食べる機会が少ないので、みんなで食べるのはやはり美味しいです。

We don't have much chance of eat four of us together that is why taste was good this lunch when we have eat together.
