19th DFS the silver streak fun run.

My co-workers 

I ran 19th DFS the silver streak fun run on Sat morning with co-worker. we joined this race in last year and I got the 3rd prize by age. It's 7.6km race that little longer than 2011and my record was 42:25 (my Garmin). I could not get the prize in 2012 race but I was happy to run because I got injury in since last May and I was really hard to run even walk. I will try to run with care.
