It ran in Garapan ares after a long time in 5:45 this morning. Decoration of Christmas was also attached to some hotels but it's not in all hotels. Each hotel had Christmas decoration before, they decorate many light with  the building that it was very gorgeous light up even tourist must felt about that. Unfortunately we can't see that in all hotel in 2011 because I thought high expense for power bill since few years ago in here and economic crisis attack to us in Saipan now.
I hear about 5,000 people might leave in Saipan at this time due to change the immigration regulation. One of store which is we used to go shopping also closed on this month.

When can we have a bright light in here?

今朝は久しぶりに走った。季節がらクリスマスデコレーションでライトアップされている飾りもあったが、今までは例年飾られていたホテルに、今年はライトアップされていない,
景気の悪化等、今のサイパンを象徴しているかのようにさびしいホテルもあった。
11月27日のイミグレーションの変更により約5000人近くが島を去ると言う。うちの近所の良く買い物をしていたスーパーも12月で閉店してしまった。いつになったら明るい光がサイパンに注がれるのだろうか。
